TSC to employ teachers twice a year beginning 2025 january

Teachers service commission being an independent body is guaranteed by Constitution to regularly hire teacher’s on intern and permanent basis.

Furthermore, both colleges and higher levels of learning having trained enough primary and secondary schools teacher’s there should be well strategies formular to employ teachers on permanent.

This is following Competency based curriculum that need enough teacher’s to perform teaching and learning activities for the mutual benefit of societies.

Enough tutors will manage to spearhead the system from lower level to higher level. At most more than enough teacher’s must be hired in all teaching and learning centres.

In addition, two teacher’s should be assigned one subject to effectively impart all knowledge and skills required. By doing so learners will all excel in academics and non academics activities.

However, regular recruitment of teacher’s will not only enable other teachers to be assigned lessons outside classroom set up. This will effectively transform our learning activities and its outcomes.
