BREAKING NEWS ; TSC Ordered By High Court To Give Back Deputy CEO His Job .

The Teachers Service Commission is in charge of handling all issues that are relating to teachers across the country as per it’s mandate since its formation.

The Teachers Service Commission is headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Nancy Macharia who has been in the position for a number of years now since her appointment.

A few months ago, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kennedy Mulunda was embroiled in a scandal that saw his sacked from his position by the Commission.

The Former Deputy Chief Executive Officer immediately went to court to stop his dismissal and the case has been in court for a while now.

This morning, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from the High Court, Kennedy Mulunda has been reinstated as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Teachers Service Commission.

According to the reports from the court, the Teachers Service Commission has been ordered to reinstate Kennedy Mulunda back to his position with immediate effect following his dismissal a few months back.
