Primary School Teachers Cought Doing The Act With KCPE Candidate In Lodging, Arraigned In Kibera.

Teachers are important people in every society in this world, for they help individuals who’re in troubled and seeking knowledge and guidance in life.

However, some teachers nowadays are seen to be full of hyenas in sheepskin, following rampant cases of infidelity and profiling in defiling innocent children in their schools.

Currently another Primary School Teacher from Kibera slams, Nairobi county has been arraigned in court and charged for allegedly defiling a class eight pupil on several occasions, getting her pregnant.

Silas Omoro appeared before Chief Principal Magistrate in Kibera law court, madam Esther Boke, who described him as a sex pest that needed to be uprooted from the society.

While reading judgments, Esther said the alleged teacher met the girl in town center on January 5 and lured her into a lodging where he defiled her.

On the second occasion, the accused invited a girl to his house located near the victim’s home where he kissed the girl until she made her sleep with him in her bed against her will, threatening her that he could beat and burnt her if she could dare to resist.

The girl returned home the following day and slept the whole day until her mother asked her whether she had a problem, and she opened up on what had happened.

Furthermore, the prosecution desk led by madam Nancy Kerubo called several witnesses who testified in court. She urged the court not to give the accused a lenient sentence, saying that the offense was barbaric.

According to a show-cause letter authored by the school’s head teacher and addressed to the teacher, the girl was later abandoned by the teacher in the room.

The report continues to say that the accused person forged academic papers and secured a job as a teacher at a private school in Kibera and later defiled a Standard eight girl has been jailed for 16 years.

The accused person presented fake papers to secure his job and defiled his pupil, this means that he is a dangerous person who needs to kept away from the society,” she said.

He was also charged with the second count of committing an indecent act with a child contrary to the Sexual Offenses Act.
